About the Course

You don’t feel like you - and you’re not sure when that changed. It sort of just crept up on you. You’re exhasuted, but your mind is still whirring at a gazillion mph.  You're going through the motions, doing all the stuff - work, family, socialising; and on the outside you appear just 'fine'. But you're flat at your core. You just don't feel like you anymore, but you can't quite put your finger on what it is. Please know this - there's NOHTHING wrong with you. Modern life has just become so overwhelming that you've just forgotten - or can't seem to find the time to switch off - and your nervous system wasn't designed for the world we find ourselves in! This isn’t about 'fixing' you. It’s about helping you hear yourself again - beneath the noise, the pressure, & the patterns. Your body’s not broken, it’s just been in survival mode for too long. And this reset is your invitation to come home.

Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I'm Sarah! The first thing I need you to know is that I didn’t create this reset from a textbook! I built it from the inside out - through lived experience, trial and error, and a body that forced me to stop when I wouldn’t. I know what it’s like to be stuck in a body that won’t settle. To be constantly switched on. Numb, but anxious. Wired, but exhausted and devoid of any true emotion. And then fibromyalgia came knocking, making the whole thing even louder! My healing didn’t start with more doing! It started with listening. With learning how my nervous system worked…..and how to finally work with it, instead of against it. That’s exactly what Rhythm Reset is. A way back to yourself. A way to move through life without constantly bracing for impact. You being here tells me that you’re ready to feel something different - even if it's just a flicker of who you truly are. And this is your first step. You're not too far gone. You're not broken. You're just long overdue a reset, and I’ve got you every step of the way. Sarah x
